
Attorney
Erika has been practicing law for twenty-four years in Hawaii and has over fifteen years of experience in probate, trust, guardianship and conservatorship matters, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. She also serves as a court appointed Kokua Kanawai and Master, where she makes findings and recommendations to the Court. Erika has a bachelor's degree in accounting and is adept at preparing and obtaining approval of trust, probate, and conservatorship accounts. She also has extensive trial experience as a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and served as a Law Clerk for the honorable Shackley F. Raffetto, Second Circuit Court.
Education
Erika has a Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, where she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Estate Planning, the CALI Award for Excellence in Elder Law, and the CALI Award for Excellence in Second Year Writing Seminar: Criminal Justice. BBA in accounting.
