
Mediator
Erika is a compassionate and skillful mediator who loves working with families to resolve trust, estate, guardianship, conservatorship and elder care issues. With 15 years of experience litigating these types of cases, she understands the emotional and financial costs involved and the value in resolving these matters in mediation. Erika has participated in over 200 hours of training and regularly volunteers at the Mediation Center of the Pacific as a mediator, facilitator and trainer. She is also active in the Kupuna Pono program as a facilitator for complex family conferences, assisting in developing plans that support the needs of the elder.
